Trinity is a site-specific, audience-immersive theatrical experience that tells the story of Dr. Oppenheimer, his atomic bomb, and the three great women in his life. At 5:29AM on July 16th, 1945 the world’s first successful test detonation of an atomic bomb, codenamed “Trinity,” turned the New Mexican desert sand into glass. This is our account of what happened on the evening of July 16th. Come explore the troubled mind that led us into the atomic age.
